Annie,
actually you may be interested in a later DoCoMo press release of 18 Jan 2001,
which reproduces the actual MoU's between DoCoMo, KPN and TIM.
The MMJV between DoCoMo and KPN will be owned 75% by KPN and 25% by DoCoMo,
however at this point in time there does not seem to be actual equity
partnership between DoCoMo and TIM, at least not according to the press release
and MoU.
