(keitai-l) technology vendors to Docomo?

What sort of vendors, and venture businesses in particular, have people
heard of that actually sell technology or back end services to Docomo? 

There are the large vendors such as a CTC running and designing NOCs and NTT
Data doing massive amounts of SI work. The big electronics firms are
obviously huge in the handset arena. On the more venture business side,
Access has grabbed a huge share of the microbrowser market. 

While there seem to be a huge number of companies, including ventures, doing
the content integration, content creation, and pitching of ideas to Docomo,
have people seen ventures that have platform or enabling technologies which
Docomo adopts rather than trying to invent internally?
