(keitai-l) i-mode java Jar file

Hi all,
    Can any one tell me when will the software for i-mode java be released. Is
it possible to download a jar file bigger than 10k (say 23k)? What will happen
if the jar file is bigger?. The emulator that I am using (based on MIDP) works
fine when the jar file is bigger.
    Is there any emulator for i-mode java?
