No, defintely not. Pressreleaseware.
There is one actually from Access, the makers of most of the browsers in
the phones (all except newer Panasonic and Nokia's bad joke-browser).
Let me check if it will be released soon and under what conditions. It is
the best, also with an included dev environment which is quite OK. We have
used the English non-released version for some time.
