(keitai-l) J-Phone Sky Mail From Web

Hi there sorry if this is an FAQ but I have a friend in Japan who
I would like to send standard J-Phone Sky Mail text messages.

Of course I can't use my phone here in the UK so I was wondering
if there are any web sites which will allow be to send a text message
to a J-Phone.
