If you do find specs for any phones not on the list, I would appreciate if
you would let me know as I will add them to BrowserHawk.

DoCoMo has user agents (in Japanese) for all i-mode phones including the
ones you mentioned at:

Unfortunately DoCoMo's spec list in Japanese doesn't include the newer
phones either. This Japanese list is at:
