(keitai-l) i-mode 256 color palette

	There has been some discussion on this before. Then the
	conclusion was that i-mode phones support atleast the 
	216 websafe colors.

	Is there any more info on this? Is it only the websafe
	palette or can you choose any 256 colors from 24bit
	palette?
