(keitai-l) J-Phone image specs/ general chaku melo specs

This is an incredibly informative list.

I hope I don't sound like a total newbie, but I'm afraid the search feature
did not turn up the information I am looking for.  Does anyone know the
technical specs for J-Phone images?  I know that the file format is .png,
but what are the maximum pixel dimensions?  What is the maximum file size?
How many colors does it support?  Also, has anyone heard anything more on
whether or not J-Phone will be supporting .jpg images soon?  I have been to
both anima.editthispage.com and www.mobidy.com/mml/indexe.html but could not
find the information there.

I am also wondering about the general specs for chaku melo (ringer tones).
What format are these usually in?  What is the maximum size for these sound
files?
