(keitai-l) JPhone technology

Hello,

While look for an information about JPhone technology, I had an impression,
that in the contrary to iMode, jPhone is a proprietary, closed technology.

I could not find anything for jPhone in english, I also did not see
developers links on http://www.j-phone.com .


I could not find specifications for jPhone.

Please let me know:

1) Where can I get jPhone specifications?

2) Are there any developers site?

3) are there any emulation/simulation tools available? 

In case of lack of luck, I'll japanese sites. Pointers to gigaHz are
welcome.
Somebody will translate them for me.
