On my N209i the main menu is fully bilingual, except
that the list of Japanese language sites is only in
Japanese. The "options" setting page also is only
Japanese. The coolest bilingual function is the owner's
manual...which I was unable to get at one of the discount
stores in Shibuya. I finally bought my phone at a DoCoMo
shop for a few thousand yen extra (after going on a
waiting list for a few days) and was rewarded with
the English language manual.
