What is your base service plan, out of curiosity? For example, DDI/Cellular's
Co-mi-co-mi Jumbo plan starts at about 9,000yen (dep. on area) , even if you
don't use the phone at all. Also, with DDI/Cellular, data packet rates are .27
yen/packet if you use their servers, .1yen/packet if you use your own provider -
that'll cut your packet charges by over 60% (!!), if you're not doing it
already.
