No cellular phone browsers use cookies in Japan.
WAP phones in Japan have cookies managed for them on the server,
I-Mode does not handle cookies.
Typical procedure is to identify the user via login and/or handset id,
process cookie-type info on server, and server appropriate info to
handset.
