You may want to be more specific.
Digital contents ordered over i-mode are usually not returnable. They are
billed directly on your Docomo account. (Typically $1.00-5.00 a month)
Services ordered over the cell (booking travel, concert tickets, video
games, etc.) - you have to go to the store to complete the purchase (or the
order will expire). Cancellation policies are more or less the same as
store-front transactions.
Ordering goods over i-mode (though it's not so convenient as ordering from
your PCs) - same return policies as mail-order or via Internet.
What's the economy of ordering and returning goods if they are in order
and to your order? Or what's the point of ordering something you don't know
until seeing it over PC/cell? It'll cost you dearly. :-)
