This is just the case the telecom operators are doing
with their WAP access in Finland. They sell WAP as
an "mobile Internet" (sic) and at the same time they
allow their subscribers only to acces their own content
or some 3rd party content which has been approved by
the operator. Rest of the world is blocked out by
their ACL's.
In i-mode's case, even though DoCoMo has their portal they
atleast allow access to the rest of the world.
