I think that's pretty normal. Ask Scott but I think they usually do a bit
of test marketing in the countryside so that they can refine the product
release for the bigger markets.

Not sure I understand the reasoning here, but it seems that Nokia
has decided to launch the NM502i to Kyushu and Kansai ahead of
Tokyo. A friend dropped off to a local DoCoMo shop and they say
that it will be out the middle of April...
